Michael Mullins

MBM Builders, Inc. has been serving the Triangle area since 2005 under the leadership

of Michael Mullins.  A Raleigh native who grew up in the industry. raised by an area

developer.; his experiences range from commercial property management to land

planning and building. After studying Business at NC State he began work with another

area custom builder in 1995 for 10 years learning every aspect of onsite construction management.  Over the course of his career Mike has constructed over 150 residential

custom homes ranging from 300,000 to 1.4 million.  Neighborhoods have included

Abbington (Apex), Cresent Ridge, Wall Creek,

Heritage (Wake Forest) and Inside the Beltine infill.

overseeing subcontractors and keeps his projects to 5 at a time because he loves the

details of the job and getting a family the home of their dreams.  The reward is a the satisfaction of a home well built that a family can call Home. 

When not studying new plans and the intricacies of the Raleigh UDO, Unified

Development ordinance, Mike enjoys time with his wife, and 3 children, guitar, snow

skiing., leading his son's boy scout troop, and has a love of fishing the NC coast.
